That’s why we have created a new Customer Preference Center — a user-friendly destination website that lets you select the content you wish to receive from us, as well as your preferred content delivery channel. The site’s responsive design makes it easy to view and navigate across a wide range of devices, including mobile phones and tablets.

The Customer Preference Center allows you to indicate your interest in one or more domains of Schneider Electric expertise. These include building management, IT management, power management, process and machine management, and security management. More specific options are available within each domain. For example, within building management, you can choose to receive news on building management systems, HVAC control, room control, and/or lighting control.
The Customer Preference Center also lets you opt in for alerts on energy regulations, electric vehicles, energy management, sustainability, renewable energy, smart grid, and smart cities. For all content, you choose the channel or channels that you’d like us to use to communicate with you – email, postal mail, telephone, text, and/or fax. And you can easily update your contact information and subscriptions at any time.
