Trace SW shows Overcurrent light

Issue:
Trace SW showing Overcurrent light.

Product Line:
Trace SW

Environment:
Legacy Solar inverter on offgrid system

Cause:
The load requirement has exceeded the inverter’s maximum output AC amps. Momentary flashing of the red OVERCURRENT indicator means that the inverter has reached it maximum output AC amps and has automatically reset itself. This may occur during motor startups and is acceptable.

Resolution:
A sustained overcurrent condition will require a manual reset by pressing the red ON/OFF MENU button and then selecting OFF and then ON with the SET POINTS buttons or by pressing the red button several times. Lower your load output or completely turn off your loads.

If issues continues, there is internal issue with the unit. Unit needs to be serviced. Contact Technical Support at (866) 519-1470 for more information.
