What is the warranty return procedure?

Surge Protective Devices (SPD's)

Resolution:
The customer will need to call technical support  at (1-800-577-7353) to determine what component(s) are needed for replacement, verify if the unit is still under warranty, and generate a case number. Once that is done, the customer will take the case and part numbers to any Schneider Electric Distributor to do a purchase order for the warranty claim. The distributor will then contact the claims group at (1-888-778-2733 option #3), do a purchase order, get return tags, and a return materials authorization (RMA).  Once the customer receives and installs the new replacement component(s) they will need to return the old parts using the return tags within the specified time frame in order to receive the credit. Once the old parts have been received and tested a credit will be issued to the distributor which will be passed on to the customer. If there is anything else we could do feel free to contact us.
