How do I unsync my Wiser Air Thermostat from another account ?

1. A factory reset would need to be performed. Please see the following steps:
  • On the bottom of the thermostat there is a small hole.
  • Insert a paper clip firmly pressing for about 30 seconds.  
  • When the factory reset is initiated, Wiser Air  Preparing your experience will be displayed on the screen. 
  • Reboot time may vary depending upon your internet speeds.
