Ask a Question

Why are my configuration settings missing after a power cycle on a HMIG5U?

When the EWF (Enhanced Write Filter) is enabled for the system drive (C:\ ) on a HMIG5U or any iPC with a Compact Flash card or CFast card as the system drive, any sort of files or configuration settings made that need to be stored on C:\ will be lost after a power cycle unless you specifically commit those changes using the EWF configuration tool.

Please ensure that you disable the EWF before making any configuratio changes that involve writing to the C:\
