Inverter fault on 0623 even though resistance test is good and green on IM400

Ground fault detected

Note: The work instruction provided is meant for those who are qualified to work on the inverter. This means that they should know how to properly Lock out and Tag Out (LOTO) the inverter..., etc.

1. The RISO test is one of the methods used to detect a ground fault on an XCNA inverter. If this test is passed and yet the fault 0623 still appears, check for a loose connection on the cables going to the IM400.
Verify that the ground impedance displayed on IM400 is greater than 4 KΩ. If it is less than 4 KΩ, there is a ground fault. Ask the customer to fix the ground fault.
3. Verify that QF12 is at ON postilion.
4. Verify that F11 is OK. Replace F11 if it is blown.
5. Verify that all connections to the A15 and APP boards are secure.
