Video: Does Square D offer a replacement CQO, QO, CHOM and Homeline load center directory label, the same as provided from the factory?

Resolution:
The original directory label that is provided with the load centers from the factory cannot be obtained, due to the label containing the UL or CSA mainfest(or mark).
But Square D offers a couple Generic directory labels for the CQO, QO, CHOM and Homeline load centers and Combination Service Entrance Devices, that would be a replacement for the original. 

The first generic label is part number LSDL, this label contains lines/numbers of 1-42 circuits,  it is sold in multiples of 50 and measures 10-3/4" high x 2-3/4" wide and has a peel-off backing.
The second generic label is part number 4026568602, this label contains lines/numbers of 1-60 circuits, it is sold individually and measeures approximately 12" high x 3-1/4" wide and has a peel-off backing.
