Cause:
The customer is attempting installation of PCS software on Windows 7 or other unsupported operating system. PCS was replaced by LCS software in 2007. PCS software is not supported on Microsoft Windows operating systems that have been released after 2007.
Resolution:
Purchase and install either LCSBASIC or LCSADVANCED or the latest LCSv2 software upgrades. PCS is not compatible with Windows 7 or higher operating systems.
