Cause
There is an issue with how the Power Quality Aggregator Service processes events from CM2000 series meters. Which causes the Power Quality Aggregator service to miss the disturbance end when processing records.

Resolution
*Warning: Irreparable database damage can occur. This procedure should only be performed by users familiar with SQL Server Management Studio. Databases should be backed up prior to performing this procedure.*

1. Open up Microsoft SQL Management Studio and connect to the appropriate database instance using an account that has access to write to the ION_Network database
2. Execute the following SQL script against the ION_Network databases
ION_Network
--adds PQ event pattern for CM2 to ION_Network database
EXECUTE [dbo].[spEVT_PopulateEventLogCondition]
   NULL
  ,0
  ,'Sag/Swell%'
  ,1
  ,NULL
  ,0
  ,NULL
  ,0
  ,'Disturbance End%'
  ,1
,'PQ for Aggregator - Name does not matter'
  ,'SagSwellEnd'
  ,'IonEventCollector'

3. Now run the Power Quality Aggregator service manually by running EventCollector.cli.exe /a from a command prompt in the ..\Power Monitoring Expert\system\bin  directory
4. This will cause the PQ Aggregator service to process any unprocessed events in the ION_Data database as well as any archive databases with names that begin with ION_Data_Archive
5. Once these steps have been completed you will be able to run the Power Quality Report over CM2000 series meters and the events will be displayed

This issue will be resolved in the next release of the software.
