Why is my ATS22 soft starter kicking out and not coming up to speed?

Issue:
ATS22 kicking out and not coming up to speed.

Altistart ATS22

Environment:

Cause:
The soft starter is not getting up to speed before it shuts down.

Resolution:
You will need to get the 3 digit fault code that comes up on the display when the soft starter shuts down. The attached BBV51330 document will assist in programming and troubleshooting.

Some things to check would be the current limit setting, Max starting time, ACC time and motor thermal setting.
