Possible change in the registry

*Warning: This article contains information about editing the registry. Improper changes to the registry can permanently damage the operating system. Always backup the registry before making any changes.*

1. Open the registry by going to Start> Run
2. Type regedit. Press enter.
3. Navigate to: HKLM/Software/Square D Company/SMS-3000/CurrentVersion/CommServer/Alarms
4. Find the entry named "echosuppress" . If this is changed to 0, it will print every alarm in the system. When this is set to 0, it looks at which alarm is visible and which one is not.
