What do I do if a 3-phase utility scale inverter needs to be serviced?

Customers would like to get a 3-phase utility scale unit fixed and operating

Systems that include 3-phase utility scale units

Product Line:

For issues with the 3-phase units, please record the following information:

Site Address:

Unit’s Serial Number:       (For XCNA units, serial begins with “ U” or “L”)
                                    For all other units, it will either have a four digit number after the rating or it will have a barcode number that begins with the letter “ C “ or “ L “

Fault Code:
Once the above information is recorded, please contact technical support at (866) 519-1470, option 3 for technical support, and then option 3 for 3-phase.
