Will the ELM module work on a 2 pole breaker?

Resolution:
It is designed for use with a 3 pole breaker module. It will work with 2 live poles or 1 pole and a neutral.
NOTE: It will not fit on the 2 pole breaker modules (HD and HG 2p breakers).
