Video: How to install the overhead tunnel kit in a CSED device?

The CSED Overhead Tunnel Kits provide a wire gutter for the service conductors to pass through the load center(or Customer) section of the CSED.
The CSED Overhead Tunnel Kits can be used with the following load centers.
  • SCTK20: SC12L200F, SC816F200F, SC2040M125F, SC2040M200F
  • SCTK30: SC3040M200F, SC3040M225F, SC3042M200PF, SC3042M225PF
  • SCTKP20: SC12L200F(Series M03), SC816F200PF, SC2040M125PF, SC2040M200PF
  • SCTKP30: SC3042M200PF, SC3042M225PF

The attached video is ONLY to supplement the INSTRUCTIONS that come with the kit. PLEASE make sure to read the instructions and all the below Safety Information that is located in the instructions BEFORE working on any electrical equipment.

Make sure to turn OFF ALL Power supplying the equipment and verify the power is OFF using a properly rated voltage sensing device, BEFORE working on or with electrical equipment. 
1) Once all Safety steps are followed, begin the kit installation by following the instructions.
2) Remove and retain barrier mounting screw (A) see page 1 of instructions.
3) Remove and retain barrier mounting screw from pull box side (B) see page 1 of instructions.
4) Remove and discard barrier.
5)  Orient tunnel in the enclosure so that tunnel bracket is behind trim bracket on the top endwall (A) see page 2 of instructions.
6)  Attach tunnel to enclosure and barrier with screws removed during barrier removal (B) see page 2 of instructions. Torque screws to 30 lbs-in. (3.4 N•m).

NOTE: PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND SAFETY INFORMATION THAT COME WITH THE KIT AND NEVER WORK ON ENERGIZED EQUIPMENT.
