What does the description of 1A/1B, 2A/2B, 3A/3B on auxiliary switches mean?

What does the description 1A or 1B on auxiliary switches mean?

Resolution:
1A/1B = 1 normallly open (1A) & 1 normally closed (1B) set of contacts.
2A/2B = 2 normally open & 2 normally closed set of contacts.
3A/3B = 3 normally open & 3 normally closed set of contacts.
The normal status applies to the breaker when the power contacts are open.
