What should be done when getting the TCP/IP protocol error when trying to launch V2.0 Powersuite?

Make sure the TCP/IP protocol driver is installed on the computer. This should be installed automatically with any windows software after Windows 98, if using Windows 98 or earlier then need to install this driver manually. If the computer has a Virus Protection Software then the firewall may be blocking Powersuite. If this is the case then go into the firewall software setup and enable Powersuite so that it will no longer be blocked.
