How can the output rotation setting for the Altivar 58 be verified?

The parameter for inverting phase rotation is ACb in the SEt menu. If ACb is set to Yes the rotation is inverted. If ACb is set to no the phase rotation is normal.

We do not recommend using this parameter to change rotation of motor the output wiring is incorrect. If the rotation of the motor is reverse it is recommended that two of the three motor leads connected to the drive output be swapped.

If there is bypass, test the rotation for bypass before changing any wiring. If the bypass was correct rotation already, make the change between the drive output and the isolation contactor. If bypass was wrong also, make the change after the contactors.

Changing rotation before a drive will not affect the output phase rotation for the drive.
