VP, Data Center Solutions Sales | Schneider Electric


Domenic Alcaro is the Vice President of Data Center Solution Sales. In his role, he leads an organization that is tasked with developing and implementing Schneider Electric’s data center software strategy. Prior to his current role, he has held various technical, sales, business development, and management roles during more than 20 years at Schneider Electric.

His BOLD idea is to make lives easier for those building the digital age.

Peter Asmus

Research Director | Navigant Research


Peter has been covering cutting edge energy and sustainability issues for 30 years. Author of four books on energy and environmental issues, he has also been leading Navigant Research’s microgrid and virtual power plant (VPP) research practice since 2009. His clients have included leading corporations, utilities and governments around the world, including Schneider Electric.

Laurent Bataille

Executive VP, EcoBuilding Division | Schneider Electric


Laurent specializes in smart building technology and is the global leader of Schneider Electric's EcoBuilding division. He has led various businesses in the fields of sensors, actuators for industrial markets, and solar power conversion. With an MBA from INSEAD and a background in consulting with McKinsey & Company, Laurent provides strategy and transformational leadership to his worldwide team.

His BOLD idea is to leverage digitization in buildings to turn them into great places for people's comfort and productivity.

Rick Bilberry

VP, Oil & Gas North America Operations | Schneider Electric


With over 30 years of experience working with the Oil, Gas, and Petrochemicals (OGP) industry, beginning with technical and operations management positions with Mobil Refining and Mobil E&P in the US, Rick Bilberry has held business leadership roles with Invensys, Aspen Tech, and Schneider Electric on both a regional and global basis.  His experience includes coordinating strategic initiatives with major OGP clients to drive client profitability, productivity and long term relationships.

His BOLD idea is to deliver innovation that drives integration and profitability to the leaders in Oil and Gas.

Katie Boeh

Director, IT Channel Marketing & Communications | APC by Schneider Electric


Katie is responsible for driving demand generation and brand loyalty for APC in North America via the APC Channel Partner Program, outreach initiatives, internal communications, and channel marketing strategies. A graduate of Purdue University, Katie has been with Schneider Electric since 2011, holding various sales and marketing positions, all centered around the channel. She is passionate about promoting excellence with regard to partner profitability, support, enablement, and providing an overall best-in-class experience for channel partners.  Katie has also received recognition for her leadership and vision from IT industry publications, such as CRN’s Women of the Channel.

Her BOLD idea is to drive growth by empowering our IT Channel Partners to create sustainable, recurring revenue streams, combining their expertise with Schneider Electric’s innovative offers and capabilities.

John Clune

CEO and Chief Strategist | Cavern Technologies


John originally joined the company as President and owner where he focused on building the company’s core competency of providing state-of-the-art data center solutions. Recently John transitioned to CEO and the lead strategic role. As CEO and Chief Strategist of Cavern, John believes in providing a high level of value to clients, through creating innovative solutions that maximize ROI. As John sets the vision for the company, he is dedicated to excellence at all levels of service to clients, not only for today’s needs, but as the industry evolves in the years to come.

Brad Conlon

VP, Director of National Accounts | D.R. Horton


Brad joined D.R. Horton in October 1996 as a Customer Service Representative at the Phoenix Continental Series Division. In 1997, he moved into the office as a Purchasing Coordinator. He held various positions in the division’s purchasing department through 2002, when he was named the division’s Director of Purchasing. In 2003, Brad joined the Southwest Region as its Vice President of Purchasing. In August of 2005, he joined D.R. Horton’s corporate office as the VP, Director of National Accounts. Prior to joining DHI, Brad was previously working in various field positions for KB Homes and Radnor in Phoenix.

Brad lives in Colleyville, Texas with his wife Melissa and three children - Taylor, Jacob, and Brinlee. He serves at his local church and dedicates time to various ministries.

Hervé Coureil

Executive VP & Chief Digital Officer | Schneider Electric


Hervé joined Schneider Electric in 1993 and is the Chief Digital Officer and a Member of the Executive Committee since 2009. Prior to assuming this role, Hervé served as Chief Information Officer. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for the Critical Power and Cooling Services (CPCS) Business Unit of Schneider Electric, which was formed in early 2007 following the acquisition of APC Corp and its merger with MGE-UPS Systems. Hervé’s responsibilities included overseeing legal, IT and strategy.

Hervé holds a Master in Management from Reims Management School and a Graduado en Ciencias Empresariales Europeas from ICADE in Madrid.

His BOLD idea is to accelerate digital transformation for our customers, partners and Schneider Electric.

Tony DeSpirito

VP, Data Center Operations | Schneider Electric


Tony is Schneider Electric’s Vice President/General Manager of Operation Services, responsible for strategy, marketing, sales and execution of Schneider Electric’s data center operation services business. Since joining the business in 2017, he has led the digital transformation of the business that operates many of the largest data centers in the world.

His BOLD idea is to transform the way data centers are operated with intelligent digital infrastructure operations.

Luke Durcan

EcoStruxure Director | Schneider Electric


Luke is an IoT leader within Schneider Electric focused on driving key strategic clients to understand and implement EcoStruxure solutions. New to Schneider, Luke has spent 10 years building and selling industrial Analytics solutions after growing up as an engineer in industrial and supply chain leadership.

His BOLD idea is to to give the control of predictive analytics modelling back to the domain experts. Data Science will be commoditized. ML and AI are impossible without the domain expert. Industrial companies must take control of their own analytics.

Mark Feasel

VP, Smart Grid | Schneider Electric


Mark Feasel is responsible for Schneider Electric’s Smart Grid activities in North America which are focused on optimizing energy efficiency, resilience, and sustainability from the electric utility control center through a consumer’s loads. Mark’s experience with microgrids began in the 1980’s when he was responsible for the operation and maintenance of the electrical systems associated with the nuclear reactor on a ballistic missile submarine, and have continued throughout his career while leading an energy management and distributed generation controls company, and leading commercial operations of the Power Management and Controls business for Schneider Electric North America.

His BOLD idea is to ensure access to energy is a basic human right.

Amy Francetic

Managing Director | Invenergy Future Fund


Ms. Francetic oversees the Fund’s investment activities and operations. Her career spans over 20 years of high technology entrepreneurship, private equity, and research. Prior to the Fund, Francetic served as co-founder and CEO of technology accelerator Clean Energy Trust which has invested in dozens of early-stage clean energy companies across the Midwestern US. She also held roles at private equity firm MVC Capital and Stanford Research Institute. Earlier in her career, she was co-founder and CEO of a tech company that she sold to Lego Systems.

Charlie Fredrickson

VP, Investments | Faith Technologies


Charlie provides strategic direction and execution of Faith Technologies microgrid business and onsite energy production investments. He has led the development of traditional on-site as well as mobile microgrids that leverage modularization and remote location support. He is passionate about creating responsible solutions that drive total client value.

Andy Haun

Microgrids Chief Technology Officer | Schneider Electric


Beginning with Square D Company in 1985, Andy has led a variety of key product development and technical innovations during his 30+ year tenure with Schneider Electric and holds 21 patents relating to circuit protection, relaying, and power control. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa and an MBA from Duke University.

His BOLD idea is to invent new microgrid IoT solutions that enable resilience, reduce risk, optimize energy costs, and increase sustainability.

Peter Herweck

Executive VP, Industry Business | Schneider Electric


Peter has been in charge of Schneider Electric's global industry business since 2016. He has extensive experience in automation, digitization, and industrial software. He started his career at Mitsubishi. After joining Siemens, he held several executive positions in factory and process automation and headed corporate strategy. He has a wide-ranging background in executive and senior management in Germany, China, the US, and Japan.

John Hoekstra

VP, Global Sustainability & Cleantech Services | Schneider Electric


As the Vice President of Global Sustainability & Cleantech services, John has experience in collaborating with the world’s largest corporations to purchase clean energy that provides economic and environmental benefits. John has been an instrumental figure in the development of Resource Advisor, Schneider Electric’s award winning online sustainability and energy management reporting platform, as well as the New Energy Opportunity or “NEO Network”, an online clean energy technology platform intended to accelerate renewable energy transactions between buyers and sellers.

His BOLD idea is to enable organizations around the globe to embrace clean, renewable solutions on their journey toward active energy management.

Brian Irwin

Managing Director | Accenture


Brian leads both Accenture’s Industrial and Industry X.0 Consulting practices for North America. He helps Industrial companies exploit the advantages being created by digital disruption which is driving innovation, new products, services and business models. Brian has 20+ years experience working for industrial organizations in product development, operations, supply chain, logistics, and disruptive technologies. Prior to becoming a consultant, he worked for a global automotive OEM.

Keith Kolkebeck

Director of Technology Solutions | SUEZ


With 17 years of technology experience, Mr. Kolkebeck is currently the Director of Technology Solutions for the Corporate Technical Services group at SUEZ. He is responsible for the operational technology (OT) strategy for SUEZ SCADA, GIS, Smart Water District Metered Area (DMA) systems, and Operational Reporting systems.

Richard Korthauer

VP, Final Distribution Business, US | Schneider Electric


Rich is the Vice President of Business of Final Distribution for Square D by Schneider Electric™, which encompasses products for the residential and light commercial markets.

Justin Lavoie

Justin is the EcoBuildings leader for Systems and Services in the US. He is passionate about our Advisor offers and how they can help new and existing customers operate their buildings more efficiently. Previously he was the VP of Field Service Sales and VP of EcoBuildings East region.

His BOLD idea is to digitally connect buildings’ critical assets to deliver timely, usable data to help our customers achieve their energy, operational and efficiency goals.

Lukas Loeffler

President, Water & Wastewater | Schneider Electric


Lukas is a C-level leader with a highly successful record of managing international businesses for several global companies. He currently leads Schneider Electric’s global water business with a focus on strategic key accounts as well as global strategy development and innovation for the segment.

Nathalie Marcotte

Senior VP, Industry Services & Cybersecurity | Schneider Electric


Nathalie leverages an extensive Engineering background in multiple industries and has led multiple disciplines in her more than 20 years at Schneider Electric. Her team drives consistency and standardization for cybersecurity in offer development across all divisions and leads advanced services to improve customers’ operational performance, leverage IIoT, drive efficiency and overall business profitability.

Jack McCauley

VP, Strategic Customers & Segments | Schneider Electric


Mr. McCauley is responsible for leading the overall business development and growth strategies in the US for the Healthcare, Federal, Hospitality, General Contractor, and Real Estate segments and customers. With over 15 years in the industry, Jack brings leadership and sales experience in energy management, smart building technologies, power distribution, and IT infrastructure solutions. Jack holds a B.A in Business Management from Washington College and currently lives in Boonsboro, MD with his wife and daughter.

Mike McDaniel

VP, Facilities and Engineering | Cavern Technologies


Mike McDaniel is VP of Facilities Engineering at Cavern. He joined the team in 2016 and oversees capital planning, data center site engineering, and expansions. Mike’s goal is to maintain Cavern’s high standards of redundancy, security, and efficiency while optimizing ROI for clients in their mission-critical environments.

Mike also managed critical environment properties with CBRE. While with CBRE, Mike was responsible for managing Fortune 500 data center properties, including AT&T and Bank of America. Earlier career experience includes H&R Block, Sprint PCS, and Ameriprise.

Mike Montanari

VP, Partner Projects Business US | Schneider Electric


Mike is responsible for the business performance of the low voltage power distribution equipment and transactional offers. Additionally, he leads the strategy development and execution for the EcoStruxure Power platform and the Specifier, Contractor, and Electrical Equipment Builder customer segments.

Mike is a 33 year veteran of Schneider Electric with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and product development.

His BOLD idea is to accelerate the fourth industrial revolution in power distribution by empowering customers to harness the value of actionable data.

Gregg Morasca

VP, Strategic Customers | Schneider Electric


During his 33 years with Schneider Electric, Gregg has held various customer-centric leadership positions in sales, product management, and marketing. In his current role, Gregg is dedicated to empowering strategic customers and the development of microgrids through Schneider Electric’s IoT-enabled EcoStruxure platform. Gregg graduated from the State University of NY at Stony Brook with a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and has an MBA from the State University of NY at Albany. Gregg, his wife, Arleen, and two children have lived in the Chicagoland area since 2007.

His BOLD idea is to enable the industrial, commercial, and public workforce through the power of digital technology and analytics.

Rick Ogren

US Services Director of Digital Services | Schneider Electric


Rick has over 15 years of experience in Schneider Electric and currently the US Director of Digital Services for Schneider Electric. In this role he is focused on the overall operation and execution of Schneider’s Digital Services including the strategy and growth of the NAM Service Bureau.

His BOLD idea is to use software and technology to transform the way Schneider empowers our customers.

Manish Pant

Executive VP, Retail Division | Schneider Electric


Manish is currently EVP Retail Division, Schneider Electric based out of Hong Kong. This Division is focused on bringing SE solutions to the Residential and Small Business customers from Schneider Electric, through an omni channel network, Distributors, Retailers, and Electricians. Retail Division is responsible for are Final Low Voltage Distribution, Wiring Devices and EV offers.

Cyril Perducat

Executive VP, IoT & Digital Offers | Schneider Electric


Cyril is the global leader of IoT and Digital Offers for Schneider Electric focused on delivering new digitally enabled, connected offers that help customers be more efficient and sustainable. Previously, he was the Chief Technology and Chief Strategy Officer for the Industry business.

Mike Phillips

CEO | Sense


Mike Phillips is the CEO of Sense, a Cambridge-based company developing intelligent devices and applications for the home. Mike previously founded SpeechWorks in 1994, which applied emerging speech recognition technology to the call center industry, and in 2006 founded Vlingo, which developed the first voice-based virtual assistant applications for mobile phones. Sense is making use of decades of work on machine learning and AI to provide detailed energy related intelligence for homes.

Kakali Ray

VP Sales, Digital Plant, Industry Business | Schneider Electric


Kakali leads the Sales efforts for Digital Plant in USA. She and her team is focused on offering digitally enabled automation and controls solutions to industrial manufacturers across CPG, WWW, MMM and other discrete and Hybrid Segments. She is passionate about building teams and developing leaders.

Her BOLD idea is to position Schneider Electric as the preferred industrial automation supplier.

Wendi Runyon

VP, Strategy & Business Development, IT Division | Schneider Electric


Wendi runs strategy, business development, and sales enablement for Schneider Electric’s Data Center and ITD business in North America. Her team is responsible for developing the strategy, bridging the gap between strategy and execution, and defining metrics of success. Her team runs the regional business development efforts that clearly defines strategy execution by strategic initiative then liaisons between execution teams, lines of businesses (from an offer development standpoint) and other Schneider business units. Her team drives sales enablement efforts to provide the tools, training, and education needed to successfully execute strategies throughout the region.

Her BOLD idea is to become industry leaders in energy consulting across grid, plant, building, data center and IT infrastructure providing actionable intelligence to our customers and partners.

Jim Sandelin

Senior VP, EcoBuilding Division | Schneider Electric


Jim has led the US EcoBuilding Division since 2010, focused on smart building technology and innovation. He brings more than 38 years of industry experience and customer insights to the business. He holds a degree in Business Administration and currently resides in Dallas with his wife.

His BOLD idea is to transform how we think about buildings from procurement and construction to operation, maximizing the latest technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Matt Schneider

Director, Global Product Management | ASCO Power Technologies


Matt leads product management for the transfer switch business and is a segment leader for the water market. Previously, he led strategic investment activities and assessed the commercial viability of new technologies in USA. Matt also spent three years in China where he led advanced product development activities and global technology initiatives.

Tim Shope

Tim Shope is the EcoStruxure Plant Domain Leader and Pre-sales Support Director for Schneider Electric in the United States. Leveraging over 25 years of process control experience and expertise as a customer and vendor, he is focused on driving value through our EcoStruxure innovative solutions and technology, and a world-class service and delivery team.

His BOLD idea is to help Schneider Electric and our customers transform into the "Industry of the Future", by combining past learnings with the velocity of change in the present.

Jean-Pascal Tricoire

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer | Schneider Electric


Jean-Pascal joined Schneider Electric in 1986. He was appointed President and CEO in 2006, and named Chairman and CEO in April 2013. His career at Schneider Electric has seen him take on operational functions in Italy, China, South Africa, and the USA. Within General Management, he served as Vice Executive President of the International Operating Division from 2002-2004, when he was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO). Jean-Pascal has been President of the France-China Committee since 2009.

His BOLD idea is to help federate the largest ecosystem of people and businesses who share a common passion for efficiency technologies and create a more sustainable world.

Carlos Villa

VP, Industry US | Schneider Electric


Carlos Villa leads an empowered team responsible for a comprehensive portfolio of hardware and software solutions and services for plant operators, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and machine users in manufacturing and other industrial environments. Mr. Villa has been integral in furthering the company’s approach to making industry more connected by leveraging EcoStruxure.

Steve Wilhite

Senior VP, Energy & Sustainability Services | Schneider Electric


Under his leadership, Steve’s team has grown to become the largest buyer of energy in the world and currently manages more than $30 billion in energy spend for 4,500+ Schneider Electric clients globally. As well as energy procurement, they also provide sustainability consulting and efficiency-related services as part of the holistic Active Energy Management approach.

His BOLD idea is to help the world re-imagine the optimal way to exist in the new age of meshgrid.

Ben Wilson

Executive VP | Decker Electric


Ben is the third generation of his family to work in the electrical industry and oversees business development and technology implementation for Decker Electric. After graduating from Wichita State with a finance degree, he has spent the last 15 years as a student of the electrical industry while earning contractor licenses in 22 states. When he isn’t at work, he can be found with his wife at one of their six kids’ sporting events.

Linda Yates

Founder & CEO | mach49


Linda is a seasoned CEO with over 20 years of experience creating global strategy and driving innovation. As a native of the Silicon Valley, with an extensive network, she has served as a bridge between the Silicon Valley and the Global 1000 her entire career. She launched mach49 in May of 2014, as the first Silicon Valley incubator/accelerator focused exclusively on helping Global 1000 companies create, build and launch new ventures generated from within their organizations.
