    Military Careers

At Schneider Electric, we’re building a culture in our US operations that embraces and empowers veterans, and in turn, is enriched by their experience, perspective, and capabilities. We know people with a military background possess numerous attributes, including loyalty, leadership ability, respect, integrity, duty, reliability, and working as team members. We value those attributes in our employees at Schneider Electric!

Transitioning military & veterans also possess a unique set of skills that Schneider Electric desires. We can utilize and further develop these skills as you embark on the next stage of your career outside of the military. In addition to our standard benefits package of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) + match, and others, we offer perks our employee veterans and their spouses especially enjoy.

    • A smooth transition

"Throughout New Hire training and even just the first few days on the job, it became evident that Schneider Electric preferred to hire from the military. Even with varied backgrounds between technicians, the base knowledge and training [from the military] provided the best starting foundation for the job. Since there are so many of us that are prior military, the style and habits in the way we work made a good transition to learning the new policies as well as blending it with the practices we had already learned.”
