    Sales Development Program


    The purpose of the Sales Development Program is to accelerate learning and placement of early career new hires into the Partner Sales and Commercial Operations organization. This is a 16-week program where participants will learn about the company’s basic products, pricing processes, industry, and how to apply knowledge to customers’ needs.

    Finance Advanced Development Program


    This rotational program provides participants with exposure to multiple business environments and positions as they move through three rotations over the first three years of their career. Participants will rotate every 12 months through Solutions Finance, Global Supply Chain Finance, and Commercial Financial Planning and Analysis.

    Global Supply Chain Advanced Development Program


    The Global Supply Chain ADP program is a two-year manufacturing rotational program consisting of two tracks: Operations/Engineering and Supply Chain. Participants will experience four six-month rotations in two Global Supply Chain locations, one year per location. Participants will be exposed to a broad range of experiences and networking opportunities before focusing within an area that is the best fit for the participant and the company.

    Customer Care Center Development Program


    This five to 12-month professional development program is housed in the Schneider Electric IT Business Contact Centers. Consultants in this program will be selling and supporting the APC by Schneider Electric brand within the IT Business Unit. This includes technical product, customer interaction, and sales execution training.

    Customer Care Center Technical Consultant Development Program


    This is a 12- to 18-month professional development program housed in the Schneider Electric Contact Centers. It includes a curriculum of both technical and customer interaction training. Technical consultants working within this program will interact with customers by phone to troubleshoot Schneider Electric products and solutions.
