Sales Development Program

The purpose of the Partner Business Sales Development Program is to accelerate learning and placement of early career new hires into the Partner Sales and Commercial Operations organization. This program is comprised of a structured 16-week training program that introduces you to our customers, products, tools, services, and processes. It is centralized in Nashville, Tennessee, therefore, candidates must be mobile and willing to relocate for both the development program and next role assignment.




Finance Advanced Development Program

This rotational program provides participants with exposure to multiple business environments and positions as they move through two-to-three rotations over the first few years of their career with Schneider Electric. Program participants will rotate every 12 months through two or three key functions within finance. Rotations will include two or three different locations and could include exposure to an operations environment, a corporate setting, or both. The rotations enable participants to gain a broad range of experiences early on before focusing on an area that is the best fit for the participant and the company.

Global Supply Chain Advanced Development Program

This 8-12 Month, self-paced professional development program is housed in the Schneider Electric IT Business Contact Centers in West Kingston, Rhode Island, and Costa Mesa, California. Consultants in this program will be selling and supporting the APC by Schneider Electric brand within the IT Business Unit. This includes technical product, customer interaction, and sales execution training.
