A 9002AW2 foot switch uses a 9007 AO2 industrial snap switch for 1 NC & 1 NO contact closures. Can I use a 9007CO3 switch in that foot mechanism for 2 NO & 2 NC?
No changes to contacts or operation of the switch can be made on any foot switch. You can replace the covers, pedal, pedal return spring, and contacts in any switch, but not modifications to contact arrangement or operation can be made.
