What is the part number for a 60 AMP bus plug for busway that has a tap box PTB14?

The PTB14 fits on the old, obsolete 100A busway. The plug-in unit `enclosure only` is a PINQO. Customer would purchase and install a 60 Amp QO circuit breaker in the enclosure at the job site.
