To be considered for participation in our Supplier Diversity Initiative:

• Visit our Supplier Diversity Registration portal at https://cvmas19n.cvmsolutions.com/schneider/
• Create a User ID and Password
• Complete the online registration form. By completing the registration process, you acknowledge and understand Prospective Supplier Review Process and Important Note below
• Upload certification documents and other supporting materials that you feel appropriate
• Log into the system regularly to keep your company’s information current

The database is used as a reference system by the purchasing department to identify potential diversity suppliers.  Once included in the database, your company information will be available to our commodity managers.  If a commodity manager determines that your business is to be included in the bidding process you will be contacted; however participation in our Supplier Diversity Initiative and/or registration in our program or database is not a promise or guarantee of a contractual agreement award nor does it place your company information on bid lists.

Schneider Electric USA, Inc. has partnered with CVM Solutions to create this dedicated, web-based portal which enables Schneider Electric to maintain information regarding its supply base—particularly in the areas of supplier diversity validation, diversity spend, and financial status indicators.

Schneider Electric has authorized CVM Solutions, Inc. to act as our agent in requesting and obtaining data and/or information about prospective suppliers as needed to maximize the benefit of our dedicated portal. If applicable, this may include verifying your businesses diversity and/or small business status.  Any concerns about this arrangement can be addressed to supplier_diversity@us.schneider-electric.com
