After getting a start in sales with Honeywell Bull, Mr. Frank began his career in purchasing, logistics and management at Sydkraft. In 1991, he became Managing Director of Elektriska AB Delta, a subsidiary of Merlin Gerin and Nordic market leader in MV switchgear. Two years later, he was appointed Managing Director of substation manufacturer KL Industry, another subsidiary of Merlin Gerin.. In addition to this role, Mr. Frank joined Schneider Electric Denmark as Managing Director in 1995. From 1996 to 1999, he served as Vice-President and Business Unit Manager responsible for marketing and R&D within Industrial Control & Automation. He has been with TAC since 1999, first as CEO, and since January 2004, as Chairman and CEO. During his tenure, TAC's revenue has grown from €100 million to €900 million through a combination of strong organic growth and acquisitions. In July 2006, he was appointed Executive Vice President of Schneider Electric Building Automation Business Unit.
He is also Chairman of the Board of Contex Holding A/S.
