DALLAS – July 29, 2013 – Schneider Electric, a global specialist in energy management, announced today the completion of a $2.2 million energy savings performance contract (ESPC) with the Eatonville School District in Eatonville, Wash., which involved an overhaul of the existing heating system at Columbia Crest Elementary School, along with significant lighting and controls upgrades to Eatonville Middle School and Eatonville High School. The project will enable the district to sustain long-term energy efficiency in its facilities, while saving approximately 24 percent of its annual energy costs.
“I have had the opportunity to work on many capital improvement projects over the past 38 years, and I will say emphatically that working with Schneider Electric has been a tremendous pleasure,” said Rich Stewart, superintendent, Eatonville School District. “Schneider Electric has delivered on all aspects from the first meeting to finalizing the project. The project that was developed from the energy audit is complete, under budget and on time. I cannot emphasize enough how pleased we are.”
