What does your position entail?

My core mission is the continuous improvement of processes and procedures, which covers a great variety of tasks. I’m in charge of conducting customer satisfaction surveys and promoting the definition of action plans.

How do you contribute to Six Sigma* management?

As the deployment leader for Germany, I oversee training and support for all Six Sigma projects. I’m also in charge of internal audits and the external certification of our integrated management system.

What are you concentrating on now?

One of our current targets is to improve the customer comment process. We want to make sure all data will be collected, to enable us to measure and analyse the problem and improve customer satisfaction.

What do you value most at Schneider Electric?

There is great team spirit throughout the organisation. I also appreciate the great working atmosphere. People are very friendly and very positive when it comes to problem solving. Other things young people should consider are the diversity of national cultures one is exposed to, the great variety of jobs available and the many opportunities for self-development.
