Schneider Electric is highly selective, so if you're chosen for a first round interview- congrats! We hold first round interviews both on campus and over the phone. The first round interview will give you and the interviewer the opportunity to learn if our organization and this role match up with your skills and career goals. You can expect to hear from a Schneider Electric recruiter within two weeks after your first round interview.
For full-time roles, if your first round interview is successful, you will likely be asked to attend an on-site second round interview at one of our business locations. The on-site is not just an interview, but what we hope you will see as an exciting event. This is your opportunity to get a real feel for the culture of Schneider Electric. The on-site is generally the last step in the interviewing process.
For internships and co-ops, you will either have a phone interview with a hiring manager or be asked to come to a Schneider Electric office for a face-to-face interview. We see internships as an opportunity for students to learn about what it's like to work in our organization as well as the overall industry. We also see internships as an opportunity to build relationships with students for potential full-time employment in the future.
