    Schneider Electric is one of three firms awarded a firm-fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract in support of the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Program at U.S. Navy and Marine Corps installations worldwide.
    • Solutions

      The program is managed by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) for the Commander Naval Installations Command (CNIC), Port Hueneme, California. The contract work will include designing, procurement, installation, testing, and sustainment of building-level, advanced metering solutions in support of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 for Navy and Marine Corps requirements on a worldwide basis. This will allow the Navy and Marine Corps to cost-effectively allocate and manage energy resources, including electricity, natural gas, steam, and water commodities.
