What is the catalog number for a replacement branch breaker for an NEHB Panel?

The most common replacement branch breaker has a bolt-on connection. The catalog number format is:
EHB?4###, where
? will be the digit 1, 2, or 3 depending on the number of poles.
### will be the ampere rating, always three digits. The first digit is always a zero if the ampere value is less than 100.
Two examples:
1. A 20A, single pole has catalog number EHB14020.
2. A 100A, three pole will have catalog number EHB34100.
Also available are plug-on connection branch breakers, which follow the same catalog number format, with the exception that the letter B is removed from the catalog number.
