What is the issue with the Integral 18 & 32 in regards to UL 508 Type E listing?

UL decided that for a starter to be considered a UL508 Type E Self-Protected Starter, it should have greater spacing between the line side phases. Their concern is that someone could strip the insulation off of stranded cable back too far, strands could get loose, and cause a phase to phase short. All manufacturers are affected. We elected to discontinue offering the Integral enclosed starters but they can still be bought open style for use standard UL508 motor starters or for group motor (Integral 32 & 63 only) applications.
