How to Recreate Insight Portal Login using Original Email Address?

Issue:
User forgets Insight Portal Login Password and security question's answer. User would like to reset password / recreate account using the original email address. 

Product Line:
Insight Portal

Environment:
Insight Portal Login

Cause:
Insight Portal does not have the option for you to reset your password if you forget your security answer. 
User does not want to use different email address for new account. 


Resolution:
User needs to email Solar Technical Support at re.techsupport@schneide-electric.com with the Site Name and request account deletion by creating a case. 
Technical Support Engineer will escalate the case to Insight Team requesting account deletion. 
After confirming account deletion from the escalation, user can then recreate his account using the original email address to associate to the original site.
