Resolution:
The PK3MB retaining kit secures one QO, 3-pole branch circuit breaker WITHOUT electrical accessories to the Left side of the interior when used as a Back-Fed Main Breaker.
The retaining kit also provides a means for padlocking the breaker handle in the ON or OFF position.
This retaining kit can ONLY be used for QO, 3-phase, Series S_ load centers.
The retaining bracket will mount to face of the branch breaker and secure using the mounting screw that comes in the kit.

The attached video is ONLY to supplement the INSTRUCTIONS that come with the kit. PLEASE make sure to read the instructions and all the below Safety Information that is located in the instructions BEFORE working on any electrical equipment.

A PDF copy of the complete instructions is attached below the video.

1) Once all Safety steps are followed, begin the kit installation by following the instructions.
2) Make sure to obtain the correct 3-pole, QO branch breaker to be used as the back-fed Main and DO NOT exceed the maximum rating marked on each load center.
3) As shown in step 1, on page 1 of the intructions, Plug the circuit breaker on the load center in the positions 1,3,5(the first 3 positions in the upper Left side of the interior) as shown in Fig. 1 on page 2.
4) Place the retaining bracket onto the face of the breaker and making sure the tab of the retaining bracket is inserted into the small opening in the center of the breaker on the OFF (or load) side (see Fig 1, page 2).
5) Install the retaining bracket mounting screw and torque to 25 lb-in. (2.8 N-m)
6) If the load center is used as service equipment, apply the "Service Disconnect" label to the load center cover near the service disconnect handle and install the neutral bonding screw that comes in the kit.
7) If the load center is NOT used as service equipment, DISCARD the neutral bonding screw included in the kit and DO NOT apply the 'Service Disconnect' label.
8) Remove the main lugs and connector mounting nuts, if installed.
9) Replace the cover.
