Why am I unable to connect to my Conext ComBox?

Environment:
Installation with the Conext ComBox being used with a router

Resolution:
Check the IP address on the ComBox. For help with this, see article FA229617. If the IP address for the ComBox is "192.168.2.16," note that this is the default value, and your router has not assigned the device an IP address yet. If it was just booted up, try checking the IP address again after a few minutes. Otherwise, a power cycle or router troubleshooting may be required.
