How do I disable the Ground Fault Protection on my Conext MPP60-150 Solar Charge Controller?

Environment
Customers are trying to disable the ground fault protection on the charge controller so they can use external ground fault protection (Midnight Solar DC-GFP-63 / DC-GFP-80)

Cause
A DC-Ground Fault Protector is now required on all PV systems by the NEC 2008.

Resolution
To disable the unit’s PV-GFP circuit and ground bond, move the jumper connector located on the circuit board within the wiring compartment.
