What is the warranty return procedure?

Surge Protective Devices (SPD's)

Resolution:
Call Technical Support (TAG 1-800-577-7353) and determine what component needs replacement. Distributor is to place the order for the new replacement component and then contact The Claims group (1-888-778-2733 option #2) for an Return Materials Authorization (RMA) for the defective device. After installation of the new component return the old one with the return tags that the claims group supplied. The RMA credit will be issued to the distributor which he can pass on to their customer.
