Resolution:
 
First, the breaker must be in the tripped position. Once in the tripped position, open the accessory cover, and install the shunt or undervoltage in the left slot in the breaker. Push down until it clicks into place. When the cover is closed, the MN (undervoltage) or MX (shunt) green tab will be visible through the window. To remove the shunt or undervoltage, take a thin object like a screwdriver, slide into the slot in the device, and push it up until it clicks out of place. For further instruction, see video below:
