Why is my Conext SW in AC Support during the Inverter Block?

The inverter status of the Conext SW shows as AC Support despite being between Inverter Block Start and Stop

Product Line:
Conext SW

On grid Conext SW or Conext SW used with a generator

The Conext SW is in AC Support due to battery voltage still being above the AC Support Voltage.

This is normal behavior.  The inverter block is intended for off grid users that want to take a step further than search mode to preserve the batteries.  As long as the AC Support requirements are met (battery voltage, State of Charge, if ACSuppOnSoC is enabled), then the Conext SW will remain in AC Support even while the inverter block is enabled.
