What information is required to contact support for the Conext CL?

Please review the contact information for your local support office on http://solar.schneider-electric.com/tech-support/.
To help us quickly resolve your issue, please be ready with the following information:
  1. Model Number of the inverter. (Found on the right hand side of the inverter on the ratings label)
  2. Serial Number of the inverter (Found on the right hand side of the inverter on the ratings label)
  3. Fault Code displayed or description of the issue
  4. Copy of your proof of purchase
  5. Extract of your log files (See page 5-15 of the manual for instructions on collecting the log files from the inverter)
When you contact support, they will send you an email with your case number.  Please reply to this email with the proof of purchase and your log files as attachments.  Please leave the subject line intact so our email processing system can connect the files to your case.
