ComX connection issues with GPRS in Facility Insights

Issue:
The ComX is not connected to the remote platform

Resolution:
  1. Confirm there is no proxy presently configured. If a proxy is configured, consult your network adminstrator.
  2. Validate GPRS Signal is at minimum 3/4 on the ComX Webpage. If signal is below this level, increase signal via an external antenna.
