Why is my Conext Combox not recording my solar data?

 Customer is having an issue with the Conext Combox not recording any data, the units internal data is full.

The example displays that the unit has not been recording. 

(please see the attached picture) 

The units internal is full and not clearing the old data for the new data (FIFO) 

To correct this issue the unit will have to be updated to the minimum firmware V1.03 BN463 (V2.0 Build 656 is latest and recommended).
