Resolution:

As defined by the Sensor Master Catalog 9006CT1007,

"Lever operated switch with a minimum of two contacts. One contact
changes state only when the lever moves CW. The second contact
changes state only when the lever moves CCW. Used when the direction
of a part or cam needs to be identifi ed. This can be used for an indication
of the direction of the cam, such as “up, off, down” or “forward,
off, reverse”."
