The Wiser energy graph has 2 forms: Energy (kWh) and Cost ($). The kWh data values read by the Wiser Power Monitor and the utility meter should match very closely. Differences in the between the dates of the billing cycle could cause differences in the billed energy sums.
The cost estimate is based on the total energy usage as well as publicly available rate information. There may be small differences in the rates used for the estimate and the actual rate.
1. Verify that you have selected the correct utility rate plan in the "Settings and Bill Information" tab from the Energy screen.
2. Verify that the billing cycle you have selected matches your utility bill. Small differences can occur because of differences in when energy is read by the utility and when Wiser takes readings.
