Wiser Registration Error, No Wiser Gateway matches the given catchphrase

Issue:
Customer is attempting to register or activate a new Wiser Home Management system on wiserenergy.com when he/she receives an error message stateing "No Wiser Gateway matches the given catchphrase"

Cause:
There are 2 common causes for registration errors:  
1)   incorrect spelling    
2)   use of a non-gateway catchphrase  

Resolution:

First, ensure that the spelling of the catch phrase entered exactly matches the catchphrase of the Wiser Gateway.   Catchphrases are not case-specific.  

The second common cause of this problem is the attempted use of a catchphrase for a non-gateway device.  All Wiser devices have catchphrases, but only Gateway Devices catchphrases can be used to activate or register accounts on wiserenegy.com.  Valid Gateway Devices are Coordinators (EER21200) and Routers (EER21100).
