How does the S383 firmware handle speeds above the full voltage of a permanent magnet motor?

Issue:
How does the ATV71 with the S383 firmware handle speeds above the full voltage of a permanent magnet motor?

For example, the Back EMF calculates that this 12 pole motor has 460 V line to line at 3176 RPM. Need exists to run drive with reduced torque up to 4600 RPM.   Does the drive do a Phase advance in order to still run above the 3176 RPM?
