What is the difference between FA24025AC and FA24025CA?

Issue:
What is the difference between FA25025AC and FA24025CA?

Product Line:
Circuit Breakers

Environment:
Applies to FA breakers with suffixes AC or CA.

Cause:
Both the AC and CA versions are two pole, and both connect to the same phases (A and C). Why the different catalog numbers?

Resolution:
The breakers are the same. But it is the position of the lugs that makes the difference. For an example a FA24025AC mounted on the left side would have the A terminal lug on top and the C terminal lug on the bottom. To keep this uniform on the right side of the panel, then order a FA24025CA. A FA24025AC mounted on the right would have the A terminal lug on the bottom and the C terminal lug on the top.
