Ask a Question

How can the customer determine if they are getting a regular LED light module or a super bright LED light module?

Issue:
The catalog number for the "Super Bright" Protected LED Light Modules have been changed to the standard catalog number light modules by removing the "S."   Are all of the light modules super bright now?  If so, how can the customer determine if he is getting a regular LED light module or a super bright LED light module?

Product Line:
22mm Push Buttons

Environment:
ZB4/ZB5 22mm Push Buttons

Cause:
Clarify if all LED lights are all "super bright"

Resolution:
Now all of the Protected LED Light Modules are "Super Bright." However, the old stock has not been removed from the warehouses, so until the stock is purged with the ordinary bulbs, the superbrights will be packaged in a yellow tint bag or there will be a yellow stripe on the bag they are packaged in. There will be a visual difference between the bulbs when they are side by side and power is applied. We started doing this the latter part of July of 2006. The date code 0630 (year and week of year) would mean Year 2006, Week 30 is July 24th.
