What is the difference between a K4 and a K13 rated transformer?

Variations of K Ratings for Transformers

Resolution:
The K4 transformer is used in applications in which a major portion of the load is non-linear devices, and the 24 hour average load duty cycle is 80% or higher. The K13 rated transformer is used where the majority of the load is non-linear, and the 24 hour average load duty cycle is 95% or higher. In practical applications, ratings higher than K13 are never necessary.  Since 2016, SquareD/Schneider Electric no longer offers K4 rated Transformers, but does offer combination K9 + HMT (Harmonic Mitigating Transformers) and non-HMT K13 rated Transformers.
