Why do I receive an Error Message ``Section Key Not Found``, but the screens validated with zero errors in the medium voltage metal enclosed product selector?<br />

It is possible to show no errors in the product selector screens, but when it is sent to the server for configuring it may not find a valid configuration for your unique lien-up. Several things can cause this problem and most are too involved to list here. It could be something as simple as too many cables per phase, large CPT, etc. or something more complex. Standard records may not exist for this layout and special engineering will have to be done. In all cases, you are best served to immediately contact Andy Freck or the Smyrna TAG Group for assistance. Calling the Help Desk will ONLY DELAY your inquiry.
