What are type K-225, K-600, PB-1600, PB-2000, K-3000 and K-4000 circuit breakers?

These are all PB power circuit breakers that were made in the 1960`s for commercial, industrial and service entrance application. These breakers were designed for use in metal-enclosed individual housings and in switchboard, switchgear, and unit substation assemblies. Types K-225 and K-600 are drawout mounted; types PB-1600, PB-2000, K-3000 and K-4000 are rigid mounted. Equipped with a stored energy spring closing mechanism. Standard dual-magnetic tripping devices are field adjustable. They were available as manually or electrically operated. The finish was medium light gray baked enamel.
