      HeForShe Conversation at Hong Kong University with Elizabeth Nyamayaro - Head of the UN Women HeForShe Initiative

      HeforShe IMPACT Champions Committee Meeting was held in Hong Kong University to engage conversation and collaboration for change. Hong Kong University hosted HeForShe Event with guest speaker Ms. Elizabeth Nyamayaro, Senior Advisor to the Head of UN Women and Head of the UN Women HeForShe Initiative.     • Women Entrepreneurship Program

      Brazil Women Entrepreneurship Program achieved great impact on Women Economic Empowerment - United Nations Women as a pilot initiative in entrepreneurial activities. The program objects to train both men and women in the hinterlands of Bahia, in Basics in Electricity and Off-Grid Photovoltaic Systems, with a gender lens, and aims to engage women of the community in entrepreneurial activities related to electricity and energy.

    • Schneider Electric leaders continue their mobilization for gender equality

      40 country presidents of Schneider Electric ratified the global Women’s Empowerment Principles  (WEPs) set out by UN Women and the Global Compact by the end of June 2016.These 40 leaders oversee more than 90 percent of Schneider Electric employees.
      WEP signatories publicly commit to making every possible effort to provide men and women with the same opportunities and enable them to reach their potential.
